Our own dental laboratory in the same building. Dentist and technician discuss the work in person, not over photos.

The crown is made in the next room, not in another city

It changes everything: the technician can join the try-in, the shade can be corrected within an hour and there is no waiting for a courier. The laboratory serves the Integrat clinic and takes orders from other dentists.

What we make

Crowns and bridges

Zirconia, E.max, metal-ceramic. Shade matched in person, not from a photo.

Veneers

Ceramic and composite. Wax-up and mock-up try-in before any preparation.

Aligners

Digital planning and in-house printing. Corrections without waiting for weeks.

Surgical guides

Printed from the CT so the implant goes exactly where it was planned.

Removable dentures

Full and partial, including implant-supported.

Guards and splints

Sports guards, night guards for bruxism, retainers after orthodontics.

How the process works

Scan

An intraoral scanner instead of impressions. The data goes straight to the technician.

Design

Technician and dentist review the model together and approve the shape before production.

Production

Milling and 3D printing in the laboratory. Ceramics are layered by hand.

Quality check

We check the fit, contacts and shade. If something is off, we redo it ourselves.

For clinics and dentists

We take outside orders

We accept scans and impressions from clinics in Astana and other cities. We will send the lead times and price list after a short conversation about what you need most often.
